Hi,
can anyone tell me what is the value of Kn and Kp(UCox) in 45nm technology

It would be mentioned in the processParameters document.
 

From a PTM model card you can find the values for µ0=u0, εr=epsrox and tox=toxe for both nmos & pmos transistors (all values in SI units).

This results in values of Kn=940 µA/V² & Kp=400 µA/V² .
