differential ring oscillator problem

hi,

i have simulated a two stage diff ring oscillator in mentor graphics tool. i have to connect inverters at the two o/p terminals to get + and - output .if i donot connect inverters i dont get output.but while doing sst noise analysis i get the error tht inverter gate is not supported for sst analysis.


wht is the problem? can anybody help??

Hi,
Did you try to eliminate inverters and swap the signals ?
 

yes i tried but it doesn't work.i don't get oscillation output correct and if i try to do sst anaylsis after removing inv then it shows circuit stable no oscillation freq detected. so i tried to increase the no. of stages to increase loop gain still it is not working. plz give me a readymade working circuit
