Help me design a LDO without load cap

LDO without load cap

I need to design a LDO regulator without any load capacitor. The frequency of disturbance at the output is more than 50MHz.
Some body help me.

Are there any more papers about free enternal capacitor LDO?

free external capacitance is impossible.
you should consider the ESR of the output capacitance when design LDO.
