I am trying to simulate a 3D cylindrical nanowire transistor in SILVACO TCAD ATLAS but I am not understanding on how to go about the procedure of defining simulation mesh as well as models for the 3D CYLINDRICAL structure......can anyone please help me possibly with an example...............
