hi guys,,,
can u give some ideas in the connection of L298 and a stepper motor.. and it can be possible that a max233 can support the rotation of the stepper?

hi guys,,,

For an L298, pin 2 and 3 to one phase coil, and pin 13 and 14 to the other phase coil.

.. and it can be possible that a max233 can support the rotation of the stepper?
I cannot see any reason why not. Is it very important that you use only one max233 chip?

driving a stepper: **broken link removed**

max232 is used in Uart applications not in stepper control, you need to include a microconroller in the middle of both (max232 and l298)

how would be an L298 and max233 be interconnected? im currently dealing with human motion detection in matlab..is it possible that i will not use microcontroller anymore?
thank you
