Needs Dx designer help.cannot open dxdesign schematic files?

hi,
I had with me, a dxdesigner folder corresponding to a project.It consist of only schematic files and symbols.The problem is that the supplied schematics and symbols do not include any sort of project file (.proj, .dproj, etc.). Please help us how can i open this using DxDesigner?

I am new to dxdesigner.

I had set the path as
\\2007.2IND\SDD_HOME\standard\templates\pcb\Central Library\HLASym_CentralLibrary\HLA_CentralLibrary.lmc

How can i open an existing schematic file (no option found for opening schematic file in dxdesigner.) ?
