1.In the magic tee designs on which faces the finite conductivity (boundary condition) is applied.
2.Where we have apply the symmetry condition along with the top face of the modal of magic tee?
 

If you are designing magic tee in HFSS, there is an example on how to design and simulate in HFSS.
