The IIP3 of a cascode LNA can be estimated from the Vdsat of the input transistor and other
parameters.

does anyone knows the equation

There exists a relationship between IIP3 and the charge carrier saturation velocity vsat and the overdrive voltage Vod=Vgs-Vt, see e.g. here: View attachment MOS_Diff_LNA.pdf (p. 9).
