is it suitable to choose the center frequency(1.55GHz) to design the LNA ??
 

Is it a MMIC or HMIC?

As a start. But you cannot use simple matching circuits since they will not be broad band enough. You can use mult-stage matching to lower the Q of the network and broaden the match. Or a more elegant solution is to use feedback in the LNA to set the input impedance so that the input to the LNA is already 75 ohms without any matching.
