ridge waveguide port impedance in HFSS

I have a problem in low frequencies for double ridge WG.
the port impedance (characteristic impedance of the line) becomes very large at low frequencies and after that it goes to the Z0 of the transmission line.
is it because of wave port feeding just connected to both ends of the waveguide?
