C programming for PIC

I wish to learn how to program PIC's using C language, any recommendation of sites for learners? Flashing LED's would be a good start.

You can check MikroElektronika - Development tools, Compilers, Books
They have free compilers, sample projects as well as development kits.
It's a really good place to start.
