Differential signaling, Common mode rejection , matching

Hi,

I had a couple of questions of differential signaling and calculations for common mode rejection ratio.

How do I calculate how much of the common mode noise is seen as a differential signal on the two inputs because of mismatch in the input resistance and capacitance?

Please help!
