I want know how to program 1*16 lcd with ccs for a frequency counter circuit and want to display the distance multiflying the frequency with circular distance

No one will have the code for your project...this is not a market place with people having readymade code!!!!.....rather if you want a goood tutorial for LCD better google it out. FYI There is a good tutorial for LCD on EPE magzine site.
Do you think you will increase your chances by writing in red?
Here are a few hints: if you want people to reply to you, you may consider
some level of politeness. For instance a post starting with some kind of
greeting ("hi", "hello" etc... have been heavily tested and work well).
Then you might also increase you chances with something else than "I want".
Last, some cosmetics would be welcome. Capital letters at the beginning
of a sentence and punctuation would be greatly appreciated.

You need a driver file for displaying it on the LCD.
You can search the CCS forum for it.Check in your CCS example and drivers directory,you may find the driver files.Make connections of LCD according to the program or vise virsa.
