Hi,
I am planning to do some custom digital cells which I want to use in auto place and route along with the Faraday Standard cell library.
I have got some idea from the document "FSC0G_D_Library_PR_Layout_Guide_v1.0.pdf"(attached) for 130nm standard cell place and route.
It will be very helpful if I can get access to the layout view of a typical standard cell eg. QDFZRBHHD so that I can use it as a template for my custom made cells which I can later use in P&R.
If anybody has access to the layout/tapeout views can you please provide me with such a cell? The purpose here is completely academic in nature.
Thanking you,
Pratap
