If I change footprint of capture the change isn't in allegro

I want to obtain the change in allegro, I create a new netlist in capture but this change of my footprint isn't in the window of allegro program. How can I connect the two programs for get this change?

if you dont have a required footprint
----------------------------------------
* craete new footprint (*.dra file)
* in capture CIS attach the footprint name in PCB Footprint column
*generate the netlist
*load to allegero

If you have a PCB with same footprint name you required
----------------------------------------------------
* do necessary changes in the DRA file
* save it
* in Allegro from place --> update symbols -->package symbols
select your footprint and update it!!
