a 200A 12V/24V battery charger output is how many??

now i have one battery charger 12V/24V output is (position at 12V ) is about 30V
(position at 24V ) is 60V . the input is 240V. like that can charge 24V battery??
 

Give it 0.1C => 20A load and then measure the voltage ..

For 12V-option it should be around 14.5V and for 24V-option double that ..

that not 20A but 200A..
if the position at 24V the output are about 60V..
i take to charge 24V battery will it explosion or burn??
