selecting PAL or GAL device in MAX+PLUS II

Dear All,

Do you know if it is possible, or how to select a PAL or GAL device for state machine design in MAX+PLUS II. These devices are not in the list
by default.

PAL and GAL are Lattice owned and therefore not in the list of your Altera software.
If you want to use a small PLD, you will need to download Lattice software.
