plz Can somebody pleze help me with disgn an 25 GHz wilkinson power divider in ADS with layout.
This is my data for substrate:
Ronger 4003
Er=3.55, H=0.203, TanD=0.0027,
I need to design an layout, and it is in microstrip and the frequency is 25 GHZ.

I need to design a equal microstrip splitter in ADS with layout for my master project with flowing specification:
Er=3.55, H=0.203, TanD=0.0027, T=35 um, freq=25 GHz, bandwidth 1 or 2 or more..
I used the design guide in ads and I try all last weekend but I can not get correct s measurement, not in schematic and not in layout. I don’t know what is the problem, maybe iam not simulating it correct in layout

Hello.

You should check this page : **broken link removed**

They explain very well the structure of the wilkinson. To know the width and length of your traces you should use a tool such as TXLine in AWR Microwave Office (you enter your specifications and it gives you the dimensions you want).
If you want to improve your design, try multistage wilkinson (on the link I gave you, you can download an excel file which gives you the new design).

In ADS, first draw the layout without the resistor (but place ports where the resistor will be), simulate it with momentum and then, export the design as schematics and place a resistor in the schematics and simulate it again (it's called cosimulation). It's the only way a could get good results ...

I think you should get something good like that! If I'm wrong on some parts, please, anyone correct me!

Hope that will help you

PS : Sorry for my bad English!
