How to cancel the offset in this existing circuit with
little changes?

Is you design in transistor level or in ic level ?

can it be connected in feedback mode other than connecting two inputs to vcm

Also curious about the mothods of offset cancellation in low voltage op-amp design.

You can cancel input current offset (for BJT amplif) with a simple current mirror

Use a negative voltage to adjust input port,then you can cancer offset voltage.
