Hi all,

Does anyone have any material for an amplifier design that will work in 300-900 MHz range. Input to the amplifier will be +10dBm and I need minimum 1W of output power. I don't need much performance so a simple circuit would be great. (Noise, distortion is not important).

Thank you all. :D

If you want a wideband linear amplifier, you should check Polyfet application notes.

Two medium power MesFET transistor in CasCode configuration with series and parallel feedback circuit will serve you well..
All you should pay attention to stability...
