Hi,

I am seeking for a very low volume SMT assembly system consisting of stencil printer, pick & place, and reflow oven plus the tools and accesories needed. Target component placement is < 1000 CPH, while the price for "ready to work" system should not go above $10000.

Essemtech (Switzerland) is the most popular but far above $20000 for a complete system with accesories and tools.

APS Novastar (USA) is good, somewhat below $20000

DIMA SMT (Netherland) - No idea.

Mechatronic Systems (Germany) - No idea.

Fritsch (Germany) - No idea, looks like no benchtop oven.
**broken link removed**

SMT Assembly (Somewhere?) - No idea.

TORCH (China) - No idea.

Still can not find any source from Taiwan and Korea.

Any suggestion much appreciated.

Hi,
seems, you didnt see minimum these both types :):
(or are you pls only trying some self advertising?)
Fritch:
» Manual Assembly
For prototyping or small-series production, the modular FRITSCH LM systems are ideal partners. With this systems, the pick&place process can be implemented. Depending on the extent of the LM-system, the user can assemble Chip- , SO- and FP components."
Torch:
"manual high precision mounter TP39"
Greetings!

Well, i have $10000 budget - need to setup a low volume smt production, two days browsing still can not find what and where to buy, need some suggestion.

Do you know the price of both? Are they good?

From the picture the TP39 has no arm rest, the operator's hand will be fatigue quickly.

Hi,
Ask their pls-sorry I dont tell some prices.
I can tell for you only, that so up to 18-to 15 years ago we had a small Fritch set used (oven from 3th party); they are very good for a labor-prototype production (maybe the "grand father" of these one), price was so 18 years ago at 10`000 DM (all other are so 30-50% expensiver)...

Added after 6 minutes:

If you has very small dayli volumen_is the Torch, Mounter P28, vacuum absorb-pen nothing for you?
Clear, you need the oven & rest of set too...

Re: Need suggestion on Manual/Semi-automatic SMT Assembly sy

It is not always easy to get prices from companies, sometimes they ask too many questions which is difficult to answer by an individual business.

So far I got prices from APS, i will try to get the prices from TORCH. I guess TORCH must be much cheaper but the quality is still questionable, hope someone can give some light.
