Hello firends,

I'm having 4 different frequency signals (square waveform). The difference lies in their amplitudes.(the frequency is same, & the maximum frequency is 1Khz)
first one varies from 0 - 4 volts
Second one varies from 0.5 - 4 volts
Third one varies from 0.5 - 5 volts
forth one varies from 0 - 5 volts
I need to select any one of them, Digitally using a microcontoller. The microcontoller part I can do, but I don't know about analog part, i.e. how to do the selection, should I use a Analog Multiplexer or what?

Thanks for your time.

Best Regards.

Hi,
To first you need dasychained 4 time (windows) comparators_ Maxim has had a very nice type (i.e. with 5 comps & Uref onchip) but I mus think some over it, & search for the type Nr_otherwise, maybe you need individual comps...

Are these 4 signal at the same time active, or only one of the 4 & does vary the frequency too?

yes frequeny does vary & all of them are active together, all the time. All of them have the same frequency

OK,all are active at the same time with variances of amplitude & frequensies too, but on the same(only one) line?

Also, I can it not clear understand; your 4 signals are to detect on 4 lines or must be filtered by some discrete frequencies with variend amplitudes?
