Hi........... I want to do simple project on RF Transmitter and Receiver using mc 89C51. Plz send me d Schematic of that.....
 

There are plenty of el-cheapo 433MHz Rx-Tx modules ..
If you intend to transmit data only one way you need one pair: one transmitter and one receiver ..

Connection is pretty straightforward: Tx of one 89C51 goes to Data-In of the Transmitter module and Data-Out of the Receiver module goes straight to Rx of the second 89C51 ..
