UART in LPC2378 give problem to work with SPI

I am new in ARM Programming....

I have done programming for SPI & UART on LPC2378....They work independently in proper way... But when I merge them it gave problem... Why???

that problem is also I face in LPC2129 for CAN + UART...

If any one know solution on it Reply .....
