hi i'm designing a voltage doubler for input from few mv to several volts . what diode sould i use? the frequency is in micro waves frequencies(cell phone frequencies)?

You cannot double a voltage as low as few mV using a passive multiplier circuit. You need a voltage high enough to bring diodes in conduction state.
