help me for design

hi
i have designed a class-E power amplifier and i simulate it in ADS, i used lumped elements instead of capasitors and inductors and i use cmos transistor from TSMC0.18um designkit and i see good result but when i replace inductors and capacitors with TSMC0.18um spiral inductors and mim-capacitors my result is very bad now i dont know what i do? please help me with ur suggestions what is wrong?

I would guess that the various parasitics are de-Q-ing the
tuned circuitry, possibly also taxing the drive of it. Be aware
of polarities, driving the bottom plate and taking your "input"
off the top,
using whatever decent isolation structures you might have
available underneath the inductors & caps, that kind of thing.

If you needed inductor Q better than 10 or so, you might be
in the wrong process. I think it's abnormal to see Q>20
except on some SOI (or semi-insulating substrates).

You might find it instructive to put up ideal vs PDK L, C elements
in some testbenches and look at the delivered vs ideal
frequency & transient response, driven ideally & practically.
Maybe there is something to see.

yes you tell truth ,the Q of spiral inductor in TSMC0.18um is smaller than 20 but i see in ieee papers that they used sub-micron processes same TSMC or UMC or others and they reach good result ( for example they reach near 60% PAE)
but what is the reasons that when i substitute one element for example inductor in my tank-circuit with TSMC0.18um spiral inductor vs ideal ADS inductor (from lumped elements library ) my result be very bad . what can i do?
