Hi All,

I am using hspice generated netlist for simulation and I am simulating leakage based circuits. I wanted to do fast simulation using nanosim as the VCO simulation takes a long time in Hspice.

I wanted to use different accuracy levels for the various blocks in the circuits, viz high accuracy for analog blocks and lower accuracy for digital blocks. Can anyone help me with this, I could not figure it from the manual.

Also does nanosim simulate off devices and subthreshold currents accurately? If the default setting does not then please help me with this too.

Thank you very much for your help.
Hussain
