Is 90S still available when the new form of the same AT tiny 2313 is available? Any ways..you may try USBASP for programming either. Cheers

Yeah at90s2313 obsoleted, closest replacement is ATTiny2313.
You can use the attached simple Parallel port programmer to program it.
