directional coupler

Hi,
I have a 30 dBm power amplifier. If I use 20 dB directional coupler with the power amplifier, how much power does coupled port give?
Regards.

Thanks for your attention. I have to use a +30 dBm transmitter and a receiver with single antenna but there is too much loss if I use the coupler. If the output power is +50dBm, coupled port power is +30 dBm but it is not useful because +50 dBm is too much power. Are there any solitions?

Yes. Place a 30dB attenuator after the coupler. 30dB plus coupling attenuation (20dB) would be enough for most of the analyzers.
