Error about detach scan chain within Astro

astro scan chain

hi, everyone, when i detach the scan chain within Astro, i get a error as follow:

Detaching scan chain 2 ...
Total number of edges in scan chain group is 6283
Number of scan pins processed is 6283
ERROR : Port instance 1657189 does not connect to net 1603846 in CG.
WARNING : Assert failed at cgInc.c(1209)
ERROR : failed to disconnect flat net from portInst SI (1657189) inst top_sam/state_reg_3_ (1656856)
Detach Scan Chain failed.

Cannot perform requested operation.

Fail to execute command

I have got the SCANDEF file by using the tcl command "write_scan_def" in dc .

anybody know why this error show up and how to fix it ?
