noise spectre model white noise

if no KF parameter in mode model ..
how to simulation noise in .tran simulation ...

as I know KF only effect freq domain simulation ..

thank you

One method in Cadence, you can generate one in matlab, then use spectre model to read it in as your noise source. I used this method to read in my received data through channel.

Another way to solve this is to incorporate Cadence Verilog-A behavior model: it has the white noise model there.

hspice spice model KF only for frequency_domain , can not use in time domain (like .tran)
but I find a solution is use VCVS ...
and make a behavior source like flicker noise

I find the method that generate the fliker noise and thermal noise by matlab, and then add to the circuit as a pwl source.
Can you explain the detail about the behavior source by VCVS?
I am very interested to it.
Thanks.

Please refer the paper in IEEE"Phase Noise on a 2-GHz CMOS LC Oscillator"
Generate the flicker Noise by matlab.

You mean the output signal of VCVS has only the low frequency parts?
How do you control the amplitude of the signal, 1mv or other value?
How do you add the noise source to mos transistor or other place?
Thanks

Could you please post your matlab code here.

Thanks,
