how to determine channel length, L and channel width, W of MOS transistor? i want to simulate a CMOS comparator but i dont know how to determine W and L?
what is actually EKV? is that SPICE model? i'm using BSIM3V3 as my SPICE model. can i use the Gm/Id method for BSIM3V3 or is that applicable only for EKV? thanx very much
