rf transformer model

Hi I've designed a transformer and wish to simulate it.
My layout has 5 pins, pi p2 (primary coil) , s1 s2 (secondary couls) vg (ground plane)

Momentum gives me a 5x5 matrix. How do I convert this into a usable form for cadence simulation where I can treat it as a 2 port transformer with a ground pin?

Could you please reply urgently?

rf transformer nonideal

assuming you would like to create a 4 port trasfromer model
run the simulator with Vg connected to ground, or use your 5X5 s-par model with Vg connected to ground
you now have a 4 port s-parameter block.
build your best estimated trasformer model, with parasitics, etc. Have all these parasitics set up as variables usinfg the var block
use ADS to optimize this non ideal transformer with th target abd(S-Sprime) = 0

rf trafo

You mean I have to take the Sparameter file and reconstruct the transformer using lumped elements, get a 'best fir' and model the losses? Only then I can use it in cadence?
Is it not possible to directly use the Sparam file by modifying it to represent a 2-port?
