microcontroller for analyzing heart rate

hi

can someone please suggest a microcontoller unit that can be used to analyze signals from a heart rate sensor to detect signs of heart attack? this needs to be embedded in a wrist watch type heart rate monitor, so the size should be small

ok. thanks. i searched on this microcontroller. But i couldnt get an idea about it's size. do u have any idea about it's physical size?
