wilkinson combiner design

I am working on a monolithic CPW 4-way (maybe 8-way in the future) 2watts Wilkinson combiner with center freq 20GHz. BW is 4 GHz. The substrate is GaAs. The size is the major concern in this case. I want to use single-stage design to reduce the size.

The problem is that the 4 or 8 quater-wave transmission lines have to be parallel with equal spacing in this design. The spacing is somewhere around 100~150ums. Then how can I connect all the branches together into one node at the output, maintaining the same length of each branch?

I think one approach could be adding some extra bends to the branches close to the center to make it longer. But I do not have enough space to do that. Then what configuration or layout patten should I use? Thanks for the input!

design wilkinson combiner

Im my view it is not Wilkinson, if you do not proceed in treditinal way. However to get the solution because of space have a simple T junction and then Wilkinson divider.
Hope this solves the requirement.
