430 MHz 1 W amp ic?

Am looking for an amplifier IC with approx the following parameters. Having trouble finding one:

Gain: 20 dB min
P1db: +28 dBm min, prefer +30
DC Voltage: 3.3 V
Freq: 430 MHz
Unconditionally stable

Any ideas?

Maybe can help you

430 MHz 1 W amp ic?

The critical part is the supply voltage.
Is it possible to operate at higher potential?

I think AM52-0024 or MAAPSS0095 or should be ok.
Check the design for low frequency as they are not

No, it must run off of a lithium battery. I know there are plenty of 5V parts out there. I know RFMD has at least one (RF2192), and NEC has some discretes that might do the job. But I am still looking for more options.
