Why "equivalent circuit export" is unavailable in

Dear All
Have you ever met such problem?
I ran the analysis in HFSS and open the window of "Matrix Data", however the option "equivalent circuit export" is unavailable.
How can I fix it????

hello, the HFSS help said"You must have a frequency sweep solution and five or more frequency points to successfully export an equivalent circuit data file" so if u don't add frequency sweep in the solution, the equivalent circuit export is unavailable
 

Also, the equivalent circuit export is a licensed feature so even if you have enough frequency points, you will want to ensure that you have the license needed for HFSS to create the SPICE model.
