Current and power

I want to know in general in a 130nm/90nm/65nm fabricated IC, what will be the current or power dissapation in a interconnect wire.

Re: Current and power

Depends on the material's resistivity and it's dimensions but getting an estimate of this is very complicated without knowing anything else.
