how to design a circuit to add to dc signal?

if i wanna add two dc signal , like 1.23v with 2.4v , which are generated from different block ? How to implement ? It seems that OP only amplify ac signal.

Opamps work from 0 Hz to an upper limit which depends on the type.

but if we need to add 2 positive voltage , we need 3 OP amp to achieve! Do we have simple solution?
