user defined excitation signal -error message

i wrote the lines for an excitation signal, added to signal liibrary and, when i try to load it in cst ("load from signal library" in navigation tree) I get the message "Error in evaluating the user defined excitation function:X. Expecting an existing scalar var (excitationSignalasReference(name X)
What is it about?
