how can i model an infinite array antenna by using HFSS?
could you send an example of this.
regards...

anyone can help me?

yes, you can. you should use Maste/Slave Boundary Conditions with a Floquet port

Can you tell me how can i define floquet port because when i define this, it gave me an error that you have define lossy material and port shouldn't touch two different material.

you need to build vacuum extensions blocks on each port (to get away from the structure analyzed) you need also to deembedd the reference plane from the port to the surface where you initially tried to define the floquet mode port

Lossy material is accepted on Floquet ports in HFSS13. I suggest updating if you can, HFSS13 is way better than HFSS12 in many ways.

I think that you can built an infinit array by an element of antenna in Hfss, there is a fonction in this software which permit you to creat an arbitrary array from one.

Can you tell me more abt that function because right now i have design the unit cell and set the bopundary as Master-Slave to simulate for an infinite plannar array. and upper face as radiation Boundary.
