we are doing engineering project in charecter recognising using "digital image processing " so please provide us IEEE papers on the topic

You can run a standard template matching algorithm to recognize the letters. In case the fonts are not same, use an ANN.. You ought to be getting very good results.. :D

do u have any algorithm for automatic points detection in 1200 frames video image file...my problem is at each frame i ve to manually digitize it...i want sme algorithm which detects automatically my five points in the subject(video file)...plz reply urgent thank you..
