help in gain boosting OPAMP design

opamp pmos gain boost

Hi everybody,

i am going to design folded cascode with gain boosting opamp, so ihave to design op amp with pmos differential pair to boost the gain of NOMS, and design opamp with Nmos deferential pair to boost the gain of POMS. the question is i can use the same bias circuit for PMOS OPAM AND NMOS OPAMP? or i use bias circuit for each of them.

r u sure, bcz i am using the same bias circuit for both amplifiers and from week ago i couldn't increase the gain and look to the bias circuit , can be used for folded cascode with pMOS differential input OPAMP?
 

i think both nmos and pmos is good

sorry i didn't get u, what do u mean that bias circuit can be used for both PMOS & NMOS
