Hello everyone,
Hopefully this is in the correct sub-forum, as I couldn't quite figure out where to put it. I am in the process of writing my Bachelor Thesis, with the topic on a specific Microwave Network design.
I would like to show the initial design steps I took on the Smith Chart in software form, similar to the way Dr. David Pozar does in his textbooks. Essentially, I want to be able to plot an impedance, transform it to admittance, and move it around the Smith Chart with arrows, showing direction of traversal. All of the software I have come across thus far only shows the result, not the traversal across the Smith Chart with arrows.
Does anyone have a good idea of how to do this? Doing it in microsoft paint is a big pain in the butt, and doesn't produce optimal results.
Thanks for the help,
Paul
