137-138 mhz receiver

if any one have good quality recever for that can receve arround 137 Mhz frequency please put here or email two sankalani2003@yahoo.com .if it tested one its great.im going to make weather sat picture recever

I found it by google 'NOAA APT receiver schematic'

I notice it shows source code (ASM), but the link to the assembler used is dead..?? might be enough to get working tho.

Otherwise a ready build kit (rather expensive imho) maybe a better rout??
