1)advance digital system which include fgpa design
2)machine vision or image processing
3) digital signal processing
4) microprocessor and microcontroller
5) intelligent system (neural network n fuzzy)

APart from what people has given for this u will study keil software,more on controllers.Embedded c,ARM,some Embedded protocols
 

1) Automotive Embedded System
2) Computer Vision
3) CPLD/FPGA
4) Wireless Systems
