few pin count but more gate array and FF stage

I am looking a CPLD.

I need 512 or more FF stage and 8000 Gate array but usualy this type IC has more pins.

Iam looking around of 24 I/O.

Do you know this type CPLD?
 

AFAIK Lattice is the only CPLD vendor with 512 MC (go up to 1014MC)
All devices have (as you can imagine) large pin counts and fpBGA.
