hey i am in need of help in matlab simulink badly.

i attached an diagram of that.

i will pass a binary number or string in the M-FSK modulator, so i need to generate a binary number specified by me, i tried with Embedded MATLAB Function but i couldn't get output, it's not working. can anyone help me plzzz
 

is there anything in the Workspace ur not telling us about?
