How to simulate the loop stability of boost converter with spectre / simulink ?

Use the small signal model provided in "texas instruments" documents about boost convertors.

But if you can write the switch model in spice that would be better as you will be able to ac simulations for your convertor and can also use the same for transient simulations whose results shall match with the results of transient simulations using the actual MOS devices.

you can find spice switch models on net.

with spectre / simulink ?

make the same models using dependent sources in spectre ...
