I am new here and am almost techno-illiterate. I have read some messages here and think this is the place for me to get help.

Can any of you suggest something that would block cell calls in a building or in a room? My school is having a real problem with the students using their cells, surreptitiously for the most part, and we would like a way to help us stop/control this problem.

Of course, it must be legal. *g*

Or at least undetectable....*g*

Thank you!

jammer??? not legal but can be modified

You problem can be solved with a Cell Jammer (or Mobile Jammer) and I think Jammers are allowed with the permission of communication agency (like FCC). This agency provide NOC with restriction of power etc. You can first go to this agency and ask the procedure or terms and conditions.

If caught, then, one will face the consequences.
There is always a wireless act (name may be different in different countries), which have some penalty either in money or prison.
